How we are different

When you contact us with your hiring needs, we will gather all information necessary to recruit only candidates that fulfill each of your requirements. This can be done over the phone or during a meeting in your offices or ours--conducted only with the managing partner of JTF Recruitment Consultants--and at a time convenient for you. 

We will then take the time to get to know each candidate that possibly qualifies for the position you are staffing. We never conduct a simple interview and then forward you a resume. We obtain comprehensive candidate information and assemble it into our own, one-of-a-kind, personalized presentation packages. This may include, but is certainly not limited to: work history, goals, accomplishments, litigations, publications, networking methods and even books of portable business when applicable. You will receive our personalized notes relating to everything important when considering a candidate. Every client and search is different and therefore every submission is personalized and customized according to your specific needs and requests.

As a boutique legal recruitment firm, we are committed to providing quality to our clients, and as a policy only take on a select number of searches at any given time. Your business is important to us and we are not looking to gather searchers to look busy, but to fill all of the searchers we accept. If we accept your search it is because we believe we can fill it in the amount of days we quote to you, or less.

Importantly, we are a research driven search firm. Meaning, we do not simply place advertisements and wait. Many of the most qualified candidates are not always actively looking for a career change. Therefore, our recruitment technique focuses on a proactive and direct search campaign for many of the mandates we take on.
